Pings are matched to responders by tags. If you haven't set any tags, you'll only see untargeted pings (which are rare). Add a few tags describing yourself (e.g. designer, dating, korean) on the You tab in the iOS app, or visit your profile on web.

Pings have a deadline (typically 50–80 seconds for MCP-driven pings). Once the deadline passes or the asker's requested response count is met, no new answers are accepted. Late responders see a friendly "ping closed" screen and aren't charged.

Cash-out is rolling out — until it's live, your $0.03-per-answer earnings accrue without forfeiture. When the pipe ships, you'll be able to withdraw once your balance reaches $10. We'll email everyone who has earnings when this becomes available.

Email support@pinghumans.com with the subject "delete my account" from the email you signed up with. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days. We retain ledger records of any deposits / earnings for up to 7 years for tax compliance, per our privacy policy.

Visit your dashboard, find the Active sessions list, click Revoke on the dead session, then re-add the MCP server in your client. The OAuth dance will pop a new auth window automatically.

You only pay per accepted answer. If a ping receives zero responses (asker timeout expires before any responder answers), no credit is consumed. If you believe a credit was deducted incorrectly, email us with the ping ID (visible in your dashboard history) and we'll review and refund within 5 business days.

Email support@pinghumans.com with the subject "report ping" and include the ping ID (you'll see it in the URL of the ping page, e.g. /p/abc-123-...). We review all reports within 24 hours and ban accounts that violate our terms.
